Cultivated at altitudes between 1,300 and 1,500 metres, the exceptional SL28 variety beautifully expresses the unique character of the region’s terroir. The Yellow Honey process brings an elegant balance of sweetness and vibrant acidity to the cup. Exotic tropical fruit notes intertwine with the bright intensity of blood orange and lemon, while black currant and ripe berries add depth and aromatic complexity. An exceptionally elegant and expressive coffee, distinguished by its luminous character, silky texture, and a long-lasting, harmonious sensation that concludes the cup with remarkable finesse.
