Sourced from 25 smallholder producers in Santa Maria, Huila, Colombia, this exceptional decaffeinated specialty coffee is cultivated at elevations of 1,700–2,100 metres above sea level, featuring Caturra, Pink Bourbon, Castillo and Colombia varieties. Carefully decaffeinated using the Ethyl Acetate sugarcane process, it retains its distinctive character and natural sweetness. The aromatic profile opens with inviting notes of caramel and baked apple, unfolding into a smooth, syrupy sweetness complemented by delicate red apple flavours, gentle acidity and a beautifully clean, lingering finish.
