El Fresno comes from Finca El Vergel, one of the oldest independent coffee farms in Colombia’s Tolima region. Today, the farm is managed by second-generation producers Elias and Shady Bayter, who continue the family tradition with the support of their mother, Martha. Combining rich chocolate intensity with the sweetness of caramel and refined fruity nuances, El Fresno delivers a full-bodied, beautifully balanced cup with a satisfying, lingering finish.
