The cherries are meticulously sorted, pulped and mechanically washed using a zero-fermentation process, preserving remarkable purity and terroir clarity. Dried slowly for 12 days on raised African beds, the coffee develops an exceptionally clean and precise character. In the cup, delicate jasmine and white flowers lead into the luminous sweetness of ripe white peach, while elegant sencha tea notes add a subtle green freshness and refined complexity.
