Carefully washed, the coffee reveals an exceptionally expressive and aromatic cup, opening with the perfume of jasmine and fresh white flowers, followed by layers of juicy ripe peach, apricot and delicate stone-fruit sweetness. As the cup develops, a vibrant pink grapefruit and citrus zest acidity emerges, adding brightness and energy before leading into a remarkably clean, refreshing finish.
