The coffee undergoes a meticulous 45–60 hour fermentation, followed by washing and a carefully controlled 7–10 day drying period, allowing its distinctive aromatic character to develop with clarity and depth. The cup reveals an elegant sensory profile of black tea, ripe blackcurrant and delicate jasmine, creating a refined interplay of floral and dark-fruit nuances.
