This exceptional 100% Arabica from Ethiopia originates from the Refisa coffee processing station, where the harvest is delivered by approximately 550 local coffee growers during the season. The carefully controlled processing begins with 45–60 hours of fermentation, followed by washing and 7–10 days of drying, allowing the coffee to develop remarkable aromatic clarity and complexity.The cup presents an elegant combination of black tea, blackcurrant and jasmine, creating a refined interplay between floral and dark-fruit nuances. A vibrant citrus marmalade finish adds brightness and sweetness, extending gracefully across the palate.
