This 100% Arabica specialty coffee from Nyeri, Kenya is a refined expression of high-altitude East African coffee, cultivated at 1,600–1,700 metres above sea level from the distinguished SL28 and SL34 varieties. Carefully washed processed, it displays an intensely sweet and aromatic fragrance reminiscent of ripe dried blueberries. On the palate, pronounced grapefruit-like citrus character introduces a distinctive bittersweet complexity, gradually giving way to a remarkably sweet and lingering aftertaste. The interplay between vibrant citrus intensity, concentrated fruit sweetness and elegant structure creates a precise and highly expressive cup, characteristic of exceptional Kenyan Arabica.
