An exceptional single-origin specialty coffee from the renowned Huila region of Colombia. Carefully cultivated at Bella Alejandria by Wilder Lazo, at altitudes ranging from 1,900 to 2,000 metres above sea level, this coffee showcases the highly prized Geisha variety. Processed using the Natural method, it reveals an exceptionally expressive and sophisticated cup profile. Vibrant notes of tropical fruit are elegantly complemented by delicate floral aromas of jasmine and chamomile, alongside distinctive herbal nuances of rosemary. Layers of dried plum and blackberry add depth, sweetness, and remarkable complexity.
