Grown on Lykke’s own farm and neighbouring farms across the mountainous Chalatenango region of El Salvador, at altitudes between 1,400 and 2,000 metres, this carefully selected blend brings together the Pacas and Bourbon varieties from 13 local coffee farms. Fully washed to highlight clarity and balance, the beans develop a refined flavour profile with notes of sweet caramel, ripe plum and red apple. A gentle sweetness, creamy texture and rounded body create a harmonious cup with a smooth, satisfying finish. With an intensity of 2 out of 5, Big Monday is an approachable and elegant filter coffee that celebrates the natural character of Salvadoran coffee, offering sweetness, subtle fruitiness and effortless drinkability in every cup.
