The current composition brings together naturally processed Catucaí from Caparaó, Brazil, fully washed Caturra and Typica from Agua de Nieves, Peru, and naturally processed SL28 and SL34 varieties from Uganda’s Lunar Coffee. A medium roast highlights its natural sweetness and complexity, revealing inviting notes of nougat and caramel, complemented by hints of red berries and a juicy character.
