Shovatten (Snow Water) is a mouth-watering coffee from the slopes of the Andes, where the mountain climate meets the tropical, humid air of the Amazonian rainforest. The crystal-clear meltwater from the snow-covered peaks gives this unique region its name and contributes to the coffee’s distinctive character.

At an altitude of 1,600–2,000 metres above sea level, in Agua de Nieve, Monobamba, Chanchamayo, Peru, we work side by side with our neighbouring coffee farmers to produce vibrant, complex Peruvian coffee. Grown from Caturra and Typica varieties and processed using the fully washed method, this coffee reflects the region’s exceptional climate and rich biodiversity.

Ideal for filter brewing, Shovatten offers a lively, juicy cup with a delicate flavour profile of honeydew melon, refreshing lime and elegant floral notes. With an intensity of 2 out of 5, it is a bright, refreshing coffee that celebrates the remarkable character of its origin.
