It originates from La Estrella – Lost Origin, where it is carefully cultivated by Giovanna Saraceni at an altitude of 1,600 metres above sea level. The distinctive and rare Maragogype variety, combined with a meticulous Natural Process, creates a rich and indulgent cup profile. Delicate sweetness reminiscent of peach syrup is beautifully balanced by deep, refined notes of chocolate. An elegant and exceptionally well-balanced coffee, distinguished by its rich sweetness, velvety mouthfeel, and long, satisfying finish.
